'Scillytrader' is not involved in buying or selling items, we only advertise them. We act in good faith and expect everyone else to do the same.
'Scillytrader' will not become involved in disputes between buyers and sellers and any problems arising must be sorted out directly by them.
This web-site has no jurisdiction or control over those who advertise here, but if it is discovered that any individual or Company is taking advantage by deliberately misleading customers, we will do all in our limited power to bring the law to bear upon them.
If it is discovered that an advertiser is abusing the system, ie: Including links to obscene material, or placing adverts that are not considered to be in the best interest of certain members of the public, the advert will be removed.
If abuse necessitates the removal of an advert, no refund will be paid to the advertiser and no correspondence will be entered into.
